Very good home office store in Cuernavaca. With enough stock on materials and electricity. It is big and with enough parking. It is evident sales and service people have been trained well. Hope this store keeps its operation as it is and with 2 hour free parking as added value as it is now as well. I visited this Home depot site today (May 2022) and again with very good experience Not too crowded at 19:00hrs, so I would say it is fine time to come shopping what you might need for home repairing. No question. This is still a good spot for home improvement if you area in Cuernavaca area. And again, in recent visit. Everything OK. Products stock, big store, service relatively OK, and parking. All OK.

Typical Home Depot store, by far the widest selection of home improvement products outside of Mexico City, gardening, paints, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tools... The price and quality out the products is quite good too. There are several products, such as ant venom, that I haven't found anywhere else. The floor staff is usually very helpful and well trained, with only a few exceptions. Sometimes, if I'm looking for large quantities of electrical materials, I'll go to Alcione in Civac. At all cost, avoid the 'customer service' desk for returns etc.
